General Repair Information
We are happy to do minor repairs in the store. However, years of experience have taught us that the complicated repairs that most jewelry requires are best done by experienced, qualified bench repair jewelers - most of whom have a specific sub-speciality, i.e. stone setting, polishing, working with white gold, working with platinum, etc. We use a very reliable repair house in Philadelphia that employees eleven bench jewelers. Repairs travel to and from them via Registered, Insured United States mail that is signed for every time it changes locations. We will be happy to discuss any questions that you may have regarding this matter. In general, repairs take approximately ten working days to complete.

We are HAPPY to replace your watch battery. In fact, we recommend that you use our service rather than attempt this yourself! The charge for battery replacement is $6.00 per battery
